About Us
How you doin'?!?! Meet the family run business with more than 25 years experience in the hospitality industry! Owners Valentina & Matthew are no strangers to running a restaurant. Valentina spent over a decade in NYC running bars all over the island of Manhattan and across the bridge in Brooklyn before spending the last 9 years in Orlando & Clayton, now calling upstate her home. She is a certified cicerone and brings her extensive knowledge of the craft cocktail to upstate NY! Matthew has more than 15 years running all areas of a kitchen and training for corporate restaurants all over the country and is sure to put a big smile on your face when you watch him work. Their daughters are usually seen sneaking a candy bar or chips!!
Basically... these two know A LOT about food, drinks and making you feel at home! You'll find them both at the Bodega welcoming you all with open arms, overflowing glasses and we guarantee you'll leave nice and full with new friends!! We'll see you for a bite soon!
