Meet The Owners
How you doin'?!?! Meet the family run business with more than 25 years experience in the hospitality industry! Owners Valentina & Matthew are no strangers to running a restaurant. Valentina spent over a decade in NYC running bars all over the island of Manhattan and across the bridge in Brooklyn before spending the last 9 years in Orlando & Clayton, now calling upstate her home. She is a certified cicerone and brings her extensive knowledge of the craft cocktail to upstate NY! Matthew has more than 15 years running all areas of a kitchen and training for corporate restaurants all over the country and is sure to put a big smile on your face when you watch him work. You'll catch Valentina's sister, Mel, behind the bar too & their daughters are usually seen sneaking a candy bar or chips from the Bodega!
